Ingredients
  • 1 Tomato/ 2 amla (Indian gooseberry)
  • ½ handful of mint leaves
  • 1 handful of coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon green chilli (optional)
  • ½ tsp rocksalt
  • 5-6 tablespoons of water
Method

Blend all ingredients except water in a grinder. Add water gradually and blend again until a thick consistency is obtained.
