Servings 2 to 3
Ingredients
- 1 Tomato/ 2 amla (Indian gooseberry)
- ½ handful of mint leaves
- 1 handful of coriander
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- ¼ teaspoon green chilli (optional)
- ½ tsp rocksalt
- 5-6 tablespoons of water
Method
Blend all ingredients except water in a grinder. Add water gradually and blend again until a thick consistency is obtained.
